We appreciated the delivery of the lateral file cabinet to my dental office. However, the delivery guy complained continuously about how they didn’t get paid very much. He also complained when we asked him to help unload the file cabinet to check for damage. Amazon is great, but the subcontractors and vendors can better represent your service.

This file cabinet is everything I’d hoped for: it is sturdy, has a lock, and has a counterweight to prevent tipping. The manual explains in detail how to set it up. Overall, this item seems well worth the price.

This is a really solid (and heavy!) file cabinet. Easy access design, smooth drawer function, but it is pricey.
